Upper Deschutes Watershed Council (UDWC) works to restore and protect the upper Deschutes watershed through collaborative projects in habitat restoration, watershed education and long-term monitoring. UDWC’s program area extends high in the cascade mountains at the headwaters of the Deschutes River, including the Deschutes River and its tributaries, downstream to Lake Billy Chinook near Madras.
