Petrich Properties (PP) is working to shape the Bend Central District (BCD) to be an inclusive, affordable, walkable, and vibrant neighborhood that serves every member of our community regardless of socioeconomic or other personal factors. PP works toward this goal through community-building, advocacy, and property management within the BCD. They are also focused on lowering Bend’s carbon footprint and improving access to a broader socioeconomic demographic.
